I am certified in Master Choa Kok Sui's Pranic Healing, traditional Japanese Usui Reiki and as a SSQF Qigong Level 1 instructor. About 10 years ago, I received Kriya Yoga initiation directly from Shibendu Lahiri, the great grandson of Lahiri Mahasaya, who became widely-known through Paramahansa Yogananda's famous book "Autobiography of a Yogi."
